Brazilian girl's birthday.

So, I’ve been living with my roommate for the past few months, she is from Brazil and we sleep together at my dorm near Uni, well its crazy at first yet awesome to know who she really is, she is the funniest person from abroad that I’ve ever met, we have a lot of things in common, we love photography, we love reading books, we love movies so much and many things. This post dedicated to her, thanks for your crazy birthday and farewell party. It was the longest night I’ve been up (almost until morning) taking care of you while you were drunk, even pay the bills with your credit card (which is you gave me the password and you trusted me) I couldn’t ask for better room mate than you. Now I think you are in Bali already, living your paradise life and about to go to Gili and Thailand. So here is a snap from your birthday party.

Cake from me and my gangsta, enjoy girl!

That smiling and happy face :))

So.. cutting cake time!

One drop honey, be careful!

I know you love me so much, me love you too <3 td="">

This fun yet awesome night.

Farewell with Dany as well :))

Happy 24th Baby!

What a face after 2 bottles of that, huh? LOL

So it was kinda messy night, she barely can even walk, so we have to hold her until she could walk even if its slowly, and after we got to dorm, I took her shoes off, I put blanket on her body so she could sleep well. I am a good room mate right? I love you Marina, I wish we can live together again someday, and I will visit Brazil. Btw, you are forever in my heart!

PS : Thanks for the surprise on my birthday with those Jco-Donuts Cake and the gift! I love you.

The Holy Land

So I just got back from Holy Land which is Mecca and Medina for almost 10 days for Umroh, the thing that muslim always did besides Hajj. So my parents told us in the end of 2013 to became a kind of surprise that we will go to Saudi Arabia and we were surprised, they said we can pray a lot of things including I need to past my thesis and graduate this year. So yeah, that day finally came, our flight was morning so we headed to airport in 3 am if i'm not forgotten. I'm ready with my ipod, books and phone to company me during the long flight to Dubai. But the thing is when we were checking in, I realised i left my phone at the car so I call my driver to drive back to the airport and brought my phone (So sorry Bang Zainal, best driver ever) and my brother actually laugh at me the whole time, but then we boarded and we finally reach Dubai, after that we headed to Medina first, we spent our time at Medina so gratefully because it's still cold and our hotel right in front of the Medina Mosque gate, that was quite cool because we didn't have to hurry if it's time to pray..

Actually the first tiny drink of aqua that i've ever seen i couldn't help to take picture of it :p

so excited as we transit in dubai.

finally got some of us coffee to cheer up while waiting.

arrive safely in Medinah.

the white mosque?

sunny day always.

4.

that stunning feeling when you enter the mosque.

and get amazed by the mosque.

So there was the picture when I was in Medina, actually i prefer this city rather than Mecca, it’s too crowded and hot in Mecca, in Medina it was cold and you really can focus on your praying. No disturb, no noise, it was really peaceful (but still there’s hnm near my hotel) lol, not quite much magic or mystic experience that I experienced there not like a lot of people said but my brother lost his sandals after arguing with me and my mom, actually is his fault so maybe god punish him directly. Lol… by the way I got chance to pray in Rawdah place, besides Prophet Muhammad Grave I supposed (i forget exactly) and that was really amazing. All people said Allah can give anything you wish when you pray there.

shit happens, forget to shower :p

they said its the place when Adam meet Hawa. Eternal love?

Coffee always bring good moods for them, and internet.

The clock.

HI!

The beauty of Masjidil Haram.

This is the picture that my brother took in the last tawaf or people called it farewell tawaf. I'm so sad i can't do this because im in my fuckin period but hey, its crazy. This city really never sleeps.

The red sea.

Mommy in front of flying mosque in Red Sea, Jeddah.

And this one is Mecca & Jeddah, I know when I went there my period date is due to my travelling date, but i pray since the beginning please Allah let me finish my Umroh and you can let me have period after that, and maybe that’s kinda wrong pray because the next day I finish umroh, my period come and I can’t exactly pray in fact I’m in the holy land of Muslim, which is Mecca, I cried a lot, like I want the period stops but maybe god has the best way for me. Or maybe at first I should pray to Allah and tell Allah that let me have my period when I arrive in Jakarta (so freaking sad) but it was the best experience above all my travelling experience, because this one is too special. This one is the one that every muslims longing for, and thanks to my parents for taking me and my brother there. I will come back someday with my family, I believe I will because I pray.

Hello December!

As much as I could say, December has really gotten me into some sort of stories. Not much but for this December, so happy that I've been hosting for some kind of birthday part (err.. not mine of course) but my Bvoice Radio family because we celebrate our anniversary this december. Thou i forget the real date, anyway everyone pretty much showed up and of course my lovely "alami" is there thou (minus syifa & rio of course) lol..

6 of us.

With the cake baker :3

(most of ) Announcer 2010.

Can you spot where I am?

Girlllssss!

With Ms. Oli aka (Penyelenggara Acara)

Most of the boys.

Well, At first I was accidentally said to everyone in line's group "let's have the party at my house.. i will show you Bekasi.." lol and after they all talked, and talked, they finally agree to host this anniversary dinner at my house. So of course I told my parents about that, and they seems agree, and my aunti, mom, and me will cooked for the food. We actually cooked pretty  much a lot of food, start from meatballs, dumplings (siomay), grilled chicken with rice, and I asked  some of my friends to bring pastas like fettucini and some snacks like french fries, fried tofu and stuff. And the drinks, oh well we don't live in USA so some kind of cold strawberry syrup would do.

And the party start from afternoon, it was kind of rain and thanks google maps (most) of my friends could find my home without getting lost haha.. I was actually planning to have some kind of barbecue party in front of my house (its a big big big park) but sadly it was raining that afternoon so we sucked it up to the living room and family room. Everyone's happy and one of my friend I asked her to made a cake, like birthday cake (because it's anniversary)

Lovely friends always be there, right?

And for the last, picture of us chillin while eating while talking.. :p

So that's what I've been up to this december, hows yours? Ready for new year? XD

Jogjakarta strikes again.

So, I went to Jogjakarta last week with a girl from Vietnam, her name is Hu, who stayed at my dorm. She came to Indonesia for AIESEC'S TFI Project and she's now staying in my dorm until the end of November, actually I didn't plan to go to Jogja because I went there last month with my parents to visit my brother who study there but she wants to go to Jogja alone and when my parents knew about that, they didn't allow her to go alone even they asked me to accompany her.

Wow, it's a lucky thing for me because I will go holiday again and again ( after malaysia, pangandaran, jogja ) and now Jogja again. Not bad all, actually we went to some museums, and of course few temples that are famous which is Borobudur, Prambanan and Ratu Boko palace, we also went to Keraton, and got inside. That was fun thou, because we rent a car and a driver so he drove us everywhere we don't have to worry about the way to get to the place. Also we stayed in the center of Jogja, Malioboro of course in Dagen Street. That's actually more fun rather than go with parents, and also is Hu's birthday at November 14th, we kinda celebrated it in bar near our hotel with my brother too. Here's some pictures of us!

6 AM on the way to Borobudur Temple.

Can you see that? I'm like many times visit this temple but when it's morning, it's more beautiful.

Sun behind the temple.

Ratu Boko Palace, can you see some holes? It was a pool for bath long time ago.

Cloudy sky, and rainy day at Prambanan Temple.

Jogjakarta Keraton (Royal Palace)

Me with Hu, at Ulen Sentalu Javanese Culture Museum at Kaliurang.

That's a few picture of us, we went to Malioboro too, she bought a lot of barong shirt, batik also for her parents, she bought Wayang like 8 of them, she said she will hang it on the wall in her house. Kinda fun to explore Jogja again like for the first time without parents. That's totally a big time more fun than with parents :D

Guinness Arthur's Day 2013

For the very first time I came to this annual event that Guinness held every year, it's because my 2 favourite band will play as a guest star, Mew & Club 8. It's so glad that I bought the ticket and went there with Irene and Alfi. We kinda late thou because we use TransJakarta to get there and we arrive around 7, we have to queue and then exchange our ticket too in the venue. For one ticket we got 1 free Guiness Beer ( I guess it's because Guinness Arthur's Day rite? ) Here some pictures that we took in the venue, not much too because it's too dark and I'm glad in the venue they aren't allow to smoke. That's good thing for non-smoker people.

Club 8 Live for the first time.

CLUB 8.

We were bored of One Republic, so..

MY LOVELY JONAS, BO, AND SILAS.

After MEW!
JONAS BJEERE

This is huge.

By the way for the second time I watched Mew, and the third time they came back to Indonesia. It was magical I think, and they are so nice that even we can feel it that they are like our family. I'm sure they will comeback again soon. So glad too that I can came and watch them again, they were playing old songs nothing can beat it, like Special, Comforting Sounds, Zookeepers Boy, Snow Brigade and others. I'm just glad that I watched them again or I will be sorry for it.
